HGS started out as a domestic gas company carrying out boiler installations, servicing, breakdowns & gas safety checks. We moved into the commercial sector with Black Country Housing Group looking after their commercial boilers in residential care properties and multi-occupancy dwellings. We also undertake work with Fry Accord Housing Trust.

HGS is an authorised agent for Alpha and Vokera.
HGS is the Midlands Training Centre for Alpha. The state of the art training facility within HGS’s premises provides training not only for Alpha engineers but also for other individuals and our Company employees. Engineers who attend are trained to install, commission, service and fault find.
Since September 2019, HGS has been associated with the parent company of Norvent Ltd. This association will allow HGS to expand on its existing customer base and to diversify into new areas.

HGS will install your new boiler and are the main agent for Alpha boilers in the Midlands, so in the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your new boiler then we are the local agent who will call out to sort any issues you may have.
We have a state-of-the-art training centre within our premises where HGS train other Installers on installation, commissioning, servicing and diagnostics for Alpha’s current range of high efficiency boilers.
